- 3-5 days per week, 4-8 hours per day
Job duties
- Provide administrative support to HRBP
- Handle Workday operation process
- Job adv posting
- Participate in Recruitment days
- Design Recruitment poster
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- DSE or above with relevant working experience
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills, well-versed in Microsoft applications, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint
- Immediately available is highly preferred
