Job Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to school projects and government-funded projects
• Assist on overall membership-related activities on engagement, recruitment and retention
• Explore potential membership benefits campaigns including liaison with collaborative partners and vendors 
• Manage membership database and prepare analytical management reports  
• Support stakeholders’ communication including eDM, social media posts and member updates in bi-monthly journal  
• Provide administrative support to the Membership team, to ensure alignment and achievement of the overall objectives of membership recruitment and retention
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• University degree holder or above, preferably in marketing or communication discipline
• Minimum 4 years of membership, customer service, marketing or event management experience
• Experience in membership recruitment and event management an advantage
• Strong communications skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and a good team player
• Outgoing, curious and resourceful
• Excellent English and Chinese writing skills with the ability to devise attractive promotion materials and punchy communication messages
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
