The incumbent will be given the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of HR practices and initiatives through hands-on involvement in Compensation & Benefits and Human Resources Operations.  The incumbent will be working with the HR teams of the GP Batteries and KEF Hong Kong Headquarters as well as the broader network at regional and global levels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of C&B functions including local and overseas payroll processing, final payment, staff movements, medical claims, employee compensation cases and taxation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Update and maintain the HRIS, i.e. leave records, personal profiles and staff movement to ensure data accuracy
• Handle payroll administration
• Compile regular HR reports
• Assist in C&B projects and various annual exercises including salary review and bonus exercise, HRIS enhancement, performance review cycle, HR policy review, annual budgeting, market benchmarking, etc.
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects to build up your business acumen and understand how Human Resources Department could add value to the company

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields.
• Minimum 1 year solid experience in Human Resources function (fresh graduate is also welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Windows & Office operations.
• Proactive, creative, and positive self-starter with strong ownership and desire to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates must be able to work in Hong Kong
• More experienced candidates will be considered as a Senior Human Resources Specialist.
