Job Requirements:

•          Form 5 or above, degree holder is preferred, fresh graduate is considered
•          Experience & knowledge of intellectual property are preferred, no experience is also considered
•          Skilful in computer tools applications and ability of well-organized docketing and precise
•          Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
•          Fast & accurate typing skills (both English and Chinese)
•          Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, willing to work under pressure, team player and detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
•          Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
•          Excellent telephone manner, communication and customer service skills
•          Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities: 

•          Docketing and monitoring trademark workflow and deadlines
•          Preparing standard form and trademark reports to clients
•          Preparing and sending quotations and invoices to clients
•          Day-to-day file management, E-Filings of documents, management of work schedule
•          General secretarial and clerical support
