Responsibility

• Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, preparing employment contract onboarding and offboarding documents etc.
• Assist in staff movement cases and prepare related documentation
• Support the team to co-ordinate and execute staff engagement activities e.g. Staff activities
• Provide administration support such as document scanning, file management, etc.
• Assist in handling daily activities of the team
• Providing support on ad hoc projects and requests

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline with at least 1 year related working experience
• Good team player with positive work attitude
• Proactive and strong communication skills
• Strong attention to figures and details with good organization skills
• Self-motivated, detail minded and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Literate in Microsoft office application, in particular MS Excel
• Immediate available will be an advantage
