Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • 主要負責外出送件, 如到各類私營機構、公司、政府部門、公司登記處和稅務局等提交文件
  • Responsible for field work, submit documents to various private institutions, companies, government departments, company registration offices and tax bureaus etc.
  • 執行上級所指派的工作
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned from supervisor
Requirements: 
  • 中三或以上程度
  • Form 3 or above
  • 1年以上辦公室助理/外勤工作經驗
  • 1 year related work experience
  • 基本的中英文閲讀能力及流利廣東話
  • Able to read Chinese and English
  • 良好工作態度、具責任感、主動並守時
  • Diligent, detailed minded, punctual, proactive, and responsible
  • 能即時上班者優先考慮
  • Available for immediate work is prioritized
