• Communicate with contractors for booth build up
• Proceeding clerical work for international customers
• assisting marketing team to organize events and exhibitions
• post advertising materials for recruiting trade buyers

Requirement:

• Degree holder from any discipline, diploma also be considered
• One year related working experience
• Good command of Cantonese, Putongua, English. Speaking good Putongua is an advantage
• Fresh graduate who are passionate to develop in event industry are welcomed
• Immediate available is highly appreciated
• Multi-tasking, work under pressure, detail-oriented, and with extensive social networking
