• To perform admin. duties including vetting and monitoring application for financial subsidies, managing and keeping records/reports and statistics for activities concerned, maintaining the database for Scheme, checking stocks and conducting quotation and updating part of the content of the website
• To coordinate the Annual Parade and the nominations, vetting and award presentation of the Awards of House Scheme
• To provide Scheme district support including serving as an advisor in Executive Committee, overseeing the district-based activities for members and representing in the activities in providing support , feedback and evaluation to activities when required 
• To provide secretarial support 
• To check the plan and report on the web
• To oversee the service provider for provision of admin. and logistics support to the Festival 
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Degree or equivalent; preferably with Level 3 in Chi & Eng 
• A certificate in education from HK tertiary educational institution is MUST;
• 3 years relevant working exp.
• Good PC skills & typing
