Responsible:

(1)   Payroll calculation & execution (Salaries, leave, OT & other compensation calculation).

(2)   HR system enhancement

(3)   Record management

(4)   Ensure the operations comply with internal policies & procedures & legislative requirements.

(5)   Organize corporate & engagement events & team building and well-being initiatives.

Requirement:

(1)   Degree Holder or equivalent.

(2)   Minimum two years at managerial level.

(3)   Good numerical & mathematical sense

(4)   Good command of written & spoken Chinese & English

(5)   Proficiency in applications MS Excel & Chinese Processing.
