Our client is a well-known fashion brand, and they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to enhance daily operations for the sales operation team
• Handle sales administration tasks, such as marketplace system maintenance and data entry
• Follow up on sales orders and delivery arrangement
• Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the sales operation team

Job Requirement

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• Degree holder has an advantage.
• Fresh graduates will also be considerable.
• 1 year experience in sales administration/coordination is preferable.
• Work experience in the fashion, or apparel industry is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willing to learn and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
