Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with operations to provide appropriate training solutions such as design and facilitate training workshop and e-learning materials to ensure service and product qualities are up to standard
- Support the career management of frontline staff in designated brand by organizing required assessment and accreditation system
- Manage the Mystery Shopper Program and support the functions of service excellence culture and making sure standard and practices are aligned
- Coordinate and facilitate internal employee engagement campaigns and events to inspire and engage employees.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning materials
- Maintain and update e-learning platform materials and standard operation procedure (SOP)
- Prepare training record and training statistics report in regular basis
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Management or related disciplines, with
- At least 3 years’ experience in design and delivery of training program , preferably in Service or Hospitality industry
- Resilient, organized, good team player and able to work under pressure
- Excellent customer-service mindset, strong ability to build rapport and efficient communication with stakeholders and staff at all levels
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, preferably with knowledge in E-learning & Video Editing software applications
