Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively assists Brokers in most aspects of retention and growth proposal preparation and presentation creation to better serve clients and prospects;
• Research on new prospects and industry specific
• Conducts analyses and research for identified accounts and new prospects and assists the Broker team in answering coverage questions and adjustments.
• Schedules and coordinates sales meetings and follow-ups and conducts appropriate communication in alignment with team-developed communication strategies.
• Performs basic to more complex clerical functions, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing and filing to assist Brokers

• September 2022 to December 2022, subject to contract renewal in Year 2023

• Recent Graduate / University Student in Penultimate or Final Year of Study.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal skills which foster positive relationships and teamwork
• Detail-minded and target-oriented
• Willing to work in a fast pace environment, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
