Job Description

Responsibilities:

• assisting in the development and implementation of administrative procedures for the M+ Museum Security Team and outsourced contractor;
• assisting in coordinating M+ Museum’s security guarding / patrol functions, including control room operations, public open spaces, Loading Bay, etc;
• handling all administrative tasks for the M+ Museum Security Team;
• assisting with internal investigations;
• co-ordinating logistical support in the management of security and safety incidents including event security and crowd management; and
• performing any other duties from time to time as the Security Manager may reasonably direct.

Requirements:

• possess a recognised university degree or equivalent;
• have at least 3 years of administrative and/ or secretarial experience, preferably in sizeable organisations;
• have sound knowledge of security contract administration, record keeping, log keeping, and management of stores and equipment will be an advantage;
• be able to communicate and collaborate with different working levels of personnel;
• possess experience in compiling different types of management reports;
• have effective computer skills, in particular in Excel; and
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
