Job Profile

• Provide Listed Company Secretarial support for their various business units
• Perform any ad hoc projects and tasks assigned from management
• Maintain and update statutory records

Successful Applicants

• Member of HKCGI/CGI
• 3 – 5 years of company secretarial experience
• Be able to work independently and have sound knowledge of the Companies Ordinance and Anti-Money Laundering Ordinance
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
• Familiar CSA, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
