Duties :

• Handle examination administration, college event coordination and related matters;
• Provide administrative and logistic support to facilitate daily office operation;
• Provide secretarial service to committees;
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Arts, English, Business Administration or related areas;

• At least 4 years working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector;
• Skills in Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
• A team player with pleasant personality and good organizational skills.
