Responsibilities: 

• Provide support to the administration of MPF scheme to comply with regulatory and services requirements
• Process requests from customers such as member enrolment, contribution handling, fund rebalancing, benefits payment, and asset transfer in/out.
• Handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist to prepare regulatory reports.
• Assist in projects whenever necessary.

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder with 1-3 years or above operation experience, preferable in MPF scheme administration/customer services;
• Self-motivated, good team player and attentive to details;
• Good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Strong communication and customer service skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese
