A leading beauty group is currently seeking Administrative Officer (Japanese Speaking) to join our team :

Responsibilities:

• Handle all the works and jobs related to administration within the department;
• Coordinated with internal and external parties for management of the group, worked closely with retail shops and frontline staff;
• Organize and coordinate meetings, business trips and appointments;
• Provide comprehensive administrative support in various functional areas and daily operations;
• Communicate with suppliers from Japan and translate documents for both in Chinese and Japanese;
• Co-ordinate with forwards or shipment arrangement;
• Business trip with CEO to Japan and overseas annually;
• Assist the CEO and report on all matters including personal and business issues.

Requirement:

• University degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Japanese Speaking is required (JLPT Level 1);
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Japanese;
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Experience in the field of cosmetics, Beauty, or Healthcare is an advantage;
• Immediate availability is preferable.
