Our client, a Japanese electronics company, is seeking for a Sales Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team on daily operation
• Follow up clients and vendors to ensure smooth operation and delivery
• Issue P/O & invoice, manage the shipping instruction
• Follow up delivery schedule and deadline
• Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in electronics industry is preferred
• Good computer knowledge in MS office, such as Excel and Access
• Team player with good interpersonal skill
• Detail-minded, responsible, efficient, organize and independent
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Cantonese).  Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
