Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Perform full set of C&B administration in payroll, taxation, MPF, medical and EC case
- Assist in performance appraisal and reward projects
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount report, staff attendance report and payroll accounting report etc.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation
- Assist in the formulation and review of HR policies, procedures, workflow, HRIS
- Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 4 years solid experience in handling payroll and benefits administration in a sizable company (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- Familiar with PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office
- A good team player, resourceful with positive working attitude
- Attentive to details with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Able to communicate with all levels staff (managerial and operational)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
