Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of office administrative support
• Perform receptionist duties, including but not limited to greeting/servicing visitors, handling incoming calls and outgoing couriers, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors and suppliers for operational requirements
• Maintain operational records, documentation and filing management
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as a team
• Able to work under pressure of time
• Well organized, detail-minded and able to be multi-tasking
• Good Command in spoken and written English and Chinese
