Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial duties for the project team, but not limited to:
• Assist project team to monitor staff attendance, leave and training records
• Check the project team’s monthly claim submission
• Assist project team to prepare tender documents, quotations, and invoices
• Assist in managing an effective filing system and document control system
• Maintain and keep the stationary and Personal Protective Equipment records updated
• Check the purchasing systems and assist in the local procurement administrative works - office supplies, pantry items, IT items
• Handle the incoming emails and phone enquiries
• Assist project team to liaise with external / internal parties like Procurement, HR, IT, and other Shared Service Centres

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above with a minimum of 1 year's clerical experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of computer skills (Word, Excel and Word Processing)
