• Handle full spectrum of Learning & Development functions, including in-house training and seminars, external training classes and staff engagement activities
• Identify training needs, formulate schedule and implement learning & development program to meet the business need and development goals
• Maintain e-learning and performance management platform, prepare reports and statistics
• Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different training classes in accordance with various requirements & purpose
• Record, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each training program
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Diploma holder or above in Business, Human Resources, Training and Development or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering training programs, candidate with F&B or retail background is an advantage
• Good knowledge in video shooting/ editing
• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills
• A team player and able to work independently
• Proactive, detail minded and good problem-solving skill
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing is a must
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant L&D Officer
