Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded HR duties including monitoring of attendance & leave record, interview arrangement, training coordination, personnel documentation filling and record updating etc.
• Perform general office administrative supports including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, facilities management & equipment maintenance
• To liaise and coordinate with service providers and suppliers
• Handle incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mails, documents, and courier services
• Prepare monthly report and provide general clerical support
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

•          Diploma graduated or above
•          Well-versed with MS office
•          Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
•          Good communication skill & interpersonal skills, co-operative, self-motivated, good team player
•          2-5 years related working experience is preferable

Our remuneration package includes competitive salary, guaranteed 13 months annual salary, 12 days annual leave, birthday leave, overtime pay, life & medical insurance and MPF.  On-job training program will be provided to the right candidate who may have less working experience in this field.
