Job Description
Responsibilitiles
- Manage daily operation of Administration Department, ensure office logistics in all aspects are smooth
- Supervise administrative support team but no limited to Guest Service Ambassador, Office Assistant, Tealady, pool car Drivers
- Develop, review, improve administrative systems, policies and procedure
- Liaise with business units and internal department / local offices to coordinate and follow up with projects progress, proposal and approval status
- Assist in organizing of various well-being activities
Requirements
- Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- At least 4 years office administration expereince
- Experienced in leading administrative support staff
- Contract period from mid of Sep to mid of Jan
- Proficient is spoken English and Cantonese
