Job Description

Responsibilitiles

  • Manage daily operation of Administration Department, ensure office logistics in all aspects are smooth
  • Supervise administrative support team but no limited to Guest Service Ambassador, Office Assistant, Tealady, pool car Drivers
  • Develop, review, improve administrative systems, policies and procedure
  • Liaise with business units and internal department / local offices to coordinate and follow up with projects progress, proposal and approval status
  • Assist in organizing of various well-being activities

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 4 years office administration expereince
  • Experienced in leading administrative support staff
  • Contract period from mid of Sep to mid of Jan
  • Proficient is spoken English and Cantonese
