We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated People Operations Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated People Operations Department based here in Hong Kong. The People Operations Department plays a key role in developing and reinforcing the culture of foodpanda, while aiming to achieve a high level of efficiency and workforce management. The HRBP team will partner with the company’s business units to support the organization’s business objective by ensuring all HR policies and procedures fit the needs and goals of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities  

Onboarding and Offboarding Processes

• Implement and improve onboarding and offboarding processes and monitor their progress to ensure a seamless experience
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including but not limited to scheduling training, organizing new joiners’ challenges and exit interviews, etc
• Maintain accurate MPF submissions and records

HR Information Systems Management

• Maintain records of employee movements and process changes to the HRIS systems
• Manage user training and resolve user support queries and issues

People Services Projects Support

• Assist in visa application and visa extension cases
• Coordinate with Regional team on mobility cases and provide support accordingly
• Co-work with Payroll team on Rental Reimbursement Program and perform administrative functions
• Consolidate and monitor the working schedule of part-time and freelance workers
• Organize and prepare materials for company events (i.e. All-Hands, team building events) 
• Provide support on intranet maintenance 
• Initiate improvements and develop instruction guides, FAQs, and other documentation to improve collaboration and accessibility to information
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments 

 Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc) 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and outgoing  
• Great attention to details with strong organizational skills 
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• An excellent team player with a can-do attitude
