Job Responsibilities

With the objective of redesigning and implementing employee experiences, this role will instill our company’s vision, mission, and values through communication and engagement in our employees and enhance our employee experience at all touch points throughout their employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. In addition, this role will promote the organisation’s image as an employer of choice.

Employee Experience

Priorities:

  • Corporate Culture- Instill our company’s vision, mission, and values through communication and engagement
  • Employee experience – Enhance employee experience at all touch points throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Diversity & Inclusion - Identify who our employees are, in terms of background, age, level, tenure, and job scope, and what their particular needs, behaviors, and attitudes are
  • Transparency - Identify communication platforms/channels where employees/ management can voice their thoughts/ recommendations
  • Trends in employee experience and engagement - Leverage those insights to shape the future organisation

Design and deliver engagement initiatives

  • Develop a robust mechanism of corporate culture diagnosis and change by gathering, analysing, and acting on employee insight and feedback, fostering engagement, involvement, and inclusion   
  • Evaluate how our management and work practices affect our employee experience in terms of corporate culture, leadership, physical workspace, and technology environment and in terms of our employees’ physical, digital, emotional, and intellectual well-being
  • Promote the use of analytics dashboards to help senior stakeholders understand employee experience and Diversity & Inclusion topics and formulate actionable insights
  • Develop employee engagement physical/virtual events and recognition programs to instill our corporate values and promote Diversity & Inclusion (e.g. activating new tools to connect our employees to volunteering communities)
  • In collaboration with Rewards team, provide employee benefit insights with employees’ physical and mental-health a priority
  • In collaboration with Talent team, provide employee development insights

Employer Branding

Tactics:

  • Drive our employer brand and core values across all employee touchpoints, through communications and employee advocacy
  • Design employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement campaigns in partnership with HR and MIS (Management Information System)
  • Create and align a sustainable pipeline of recruitment marketing content by working with the Employer Brand champion network in the HR teams across our regional offices
  • Create and promote the use of brand guidelines by being a brand champion and gatekeeper

Content:

  • Act on storytelling with editorial roll-outs delivering stories with context and meaning, driving employer branding through entertaining online and offline experiences
  • Create compelling employer branding content - from conception to development – including photography, films, social media assets, employee stories, scripts, talking points, animation, images, audio-visual, comics, office decoration, etc. related to recruitment, business update, company culture, and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Adapt branding content to career website, social and digital channels (including Asian social channels as well as blogs/vlogs), etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing employee experience for the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, employer branding, marketing communications, and recruitment marketing
  • Great copy-writing skills - Experienced in writing contents in English to suit different platforms and audiences, aligned to our tone of voice, and with a global mindset for all to understand
  • Employee relations/ marketing campaign management experience
  • Experienced in using Asia-focused social media and digital channels, used for branding, would be a great asset
  • A passion for culture building and making a difference in the workplace
  • Deep understanding of employee experience and moments
  • Able to gather input and feedback from various stakeholders to assess the viability, interest in, and impact of potential programs
  • A creative and innovative storyteller with solid experience and passion in employer branding, organisation culture and employee engagement
  • Proactive and can put ideas together in a creative and professional manner
  • Well-organised
  • Feel comfortable to work both independently and as a team player
  • Experienced in partnering with cross-border and multi-cultural teams
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Must-have technical experience - Skilled in data analysis, visualisation and storytelling using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must-have technical experience - Photo and video editing, preferably using Adobe suite and/or Canva
  • Preferable technical experience - Social media channel management, webpage design, website CMS (Content Management System, e.g. Wordpress)
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin - both verbal and written
