Responsibilities:

• Plan and push forward culture, education and youth events and programs for the organization;
• Communicate with different parties to facilitate the programs and events;
• Promote the events via formal channels and social media campaigns;
• Execute planned events and programs and lead activities;
• Prepare necessary documents, designs and publications;
• Perform all-rounded support for the team and assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above is preferable;
• 2 years of working experiences, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant grade;
• Additional skills on information technology, graphic design or Chinese writing will be a big plus;
• Good communication skills good teamwork manner;
• Strong sense in social medial and digital advertising;
