Job Description

Role Summary
Reporting to the Pfizer Learning Academy (“PLA”) Lead APAC, you will provide strategic training support to customer-facing commercial colleagues according to local business needs in alignment with global and regional learning strategy, evaluate and develop more sustainable training solutions.
Role Responsibilities
  • Provide local market insights to the global & regional learning strategy teams to ensure global offering meets the complex local requirements;
  • Establish strategic partnership with internal key stakeholders including above-market PLA teams, local partners like Country Manager, Category Lead, Digital Client Partner, Business Units etc to implement organizational learning strategy and priorities aligned with global & regional strategy;
  • Develop, lead and execute tailor-made learning initiatives, programs, projects based on up-to-date promotion strategies through multiple delivery modalities (Face-to-face, WebEx/Virtual, Social Learning, Micro-Learning, etc.) within budget;
  • Deliver brand trainings by topics (CFC Skills and Tools, Marketer Skills and Tools, Therapeutic Area/ Product Knowledge, Colleague Performance & Leadership Development, and Medical) in coordination with subject matter experts including Medical and Marketing;
  • Evaluate training metrics and outcomes through training evaluation tools, regular touchbase with colleagues on field visit performance, country specific learning & performance metrics and partnership with business to generate insights for continuous improvement;
  • Comply with company policy and in-house documentation policy for training content/activities;
  • Seek opportunities to streamline training delivery, approval process and establish certified training courses on critical capabilities
Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge
  • 5+ years of training experience. Within pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills (both face-to-face and virtual environment)
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to deliver blended learning solutions which meet end user needs and drive changes across organization
  • Familiarity with Pfizer IT systems and resources e.g. training platform is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong Pharmaceutical industry and digital trend is preferred
