The French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is actively seeking on behalf of one of its clients, a multilingual Recruitment Consultant to deliver recruitment missions.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will oversee a wide range of recruitment assignments.

Role Summary: 

• Lead meeting with existing or prospective clients to assess their recruitment needs and challenges
• Write up job descriptions, design sourcing strategy and post as well as manage job offers on the different Job boards
• Identify potential candidates and conduct individual interviews
• Drive candidates’ assessment (administrative applications answers, reference check…)
• Organize interviews with candidates as well as between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update clients and candidates' CRM database through all the phases of the recruitment process
• Deliver candidates shortlist to client and follow up recruitment process with both parties
• Ensure the smooth-running of the assignment once a candidate has been placed
• Maintain and develop good relationships with clients
• Achieve an annual number of placements which will be decided at the beginning of each fiscal year
• Help implement and update the company dedicated website pages
