Job Duties:

• Perform full range of reception job duties independently and provide administrative support
• Perform all necessary office administrative functions, company general email account monitoring, local and overseas guests greeting, telephone call handling and etc. in a professional and polite manner
• Preliminarily identify customers' needs and allocate enquires impartially
• Maintain the daily operations of the reception area and meeting rooms
• Complete any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Pleasant, polite and hardworking
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, well-organized and details-oriented.
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Input.
• Completion of high school / DSE.
• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Overseas exposures will be definitely an advantage.
