Responsibilities: 
- Provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to Project Team
- Assist in daily office operation; Assist in project affairs;
- Assist in project co-ordination including project planning, administration and documentation;
- Manage document control system; maintain electronic & hard copy filling system for each project
- Occasional outdoor work is required;
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 years working experience; relevant working experience with project management team is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken  English, Chinese & Mandarin;
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to learn, be organised, self-motivated, detail-conscious and independent
- Less experience candidates will be considered Project Assistant
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
