Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the C&B preparation including payroll administration, final payment calculation, income tax preparation, leave management, medical administration, etc.;
- Maintain attendance & leave records, personnel files, filing system and properly input staff data in the HRIS;
- Handle staff enquiries and other HR ad-hoc duties in compliance with the Company's policies, legislation and HR related matters;
- Make sure the accuracy on preparation of Employment Contract, reference letter, work visa application of expatriate and all other related documentation work.
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in C&B functions;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and MPF regulation;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Proficient in both written and verbal English & Cantonese;
- Positive manner, Detail-minded, well-organized and good interpersonal skills;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
