- Provide sales administrative and clerical supports
- Prepare customer documents and filing
- Prepare sales reports
- Coordinate with suppliers to align with customers on promotion spending or various events
- Collect proof of purchase and approval for financial billing
- Assist in system master setup, sales ordering matters and various support to ensure smooth sales operation
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Diploma or above
- 1 years working experience
- With previous working experience on sales order handling and promotion tracking is preferable
- With SAP user experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Mature, systematic, well organized and detail-minded
- Good Communications and interpersonal skill
