Job Description
Responsibilities:
The incumbent is to support the team in day to day functions and ad hoc initiatives including but not limited to:
- Manage full HR cycle, from candidate sourcing, onboarding to off boarding arrangement;
- Play a key role in payroll related support, benefits administration and talent acquisition;
- Handle daily HR routines, staff database maintenance and data/report compilation;
- Partner with business units for advice on HR matters or staff issues;
- Participate in projects e.g. graduate recruitment, internship program and so on, or any other ad hoc initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- 3 years of HR experiences, especially hands-on skills and knowledge in payroll administration and talent acquisition;
- Proficient in MS Excel and report compilation;
- A proactive team player with can-do attitude;
- Immediate available preferable.
