Job Description
Project Management and Business Process (Assistant Manager)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Head to manage the Implementation of New/On-going projects, and operations related matters with internal and external parties.
- Act as project lead to be responsible for planning, scheduling and programme. development of project activities. Identify risks and opportunities with strategies to maintain key project milestones and completion date.
- Monitor internal partners to ensure timely completion of the seasonal projects.
- Respond to financial advisers’ enquiries and provide professional and accurate response in accordance to agreed service standard.
- Liaise with financial advisers on pending cases and service requests.
- Prepare monthly operations reports for management purposes.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and being the liaison to cooperate with different internal departments as well as external parties for business support purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years working experience.
- 1 year as a Project Manager.
- Relevant IFA working experience is a definite plus.
- Be proactive with good communication skill, customer focused and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and cooperate with people at all levels.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Candidate with MORE experience will be considered as Manager.
