Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma holder or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in supporting sales operation
  • Sold experience in customer coordination and order processing
  • Background gained from trading or manufacturing company
  • Detail-minded, energetic, adaptable, well-organized and responsible
  • Computer literate in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
  • Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support on sales order processing and preparing sales documents
  • Handle overseas customers’ enquiries and provide appropriate follow up
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, customers and logistics team
  • Update sales data in the system and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
