Job Description
Provide full range of administrative support to the CEO.
Responsible for daily administration work including data entry, document handling, procurement, asset management and delivery arrangement, etc.
Responsible for HR functions including talent acquisition, interview, C&B, on-boarding / off-boarding and employee relationship, etc.
Prepare Admin & HR related analytical reports.
Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of working experience.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing.
Proactive, detail-minded, well-organised and good communication skills.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
