Job Responsibilities
．To handle daily operation
．Prepare general project documents, data entry and perform filing work;
．To provide support and project co-operation in team;
．To assist the team, including receipt and delivery of goods and follow-up orders
．Other tasks as assigned by the department head
．Prepare purchasing orders, quotations, price comparisons
．To be responsible for the day-to-day documentation of related purchasing activities and service subcontracts and purchasing support functions for the acquisition of company requirements
．Responsible for the scheduling and purchasing orders
．Handle purchasing activities, order processing/executions and P/O follow-up
．Evaluate supplier's performance in accordance to the price, delivery time, quality and lead time etc.

Job requirement
．HKCEE/HKDSE or above
．Minimum 1 years working experience in fitting out field.
．Experience in clerical/sample submission is preferred
．With Site Safety Supervisor Certificate & Green Card.
．Assist monitoring site progress & coordination work on site.
．Enjoy team work, can work independently & under pressure.
．Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
．Responsible, hardworking & well-organized
．A fast learner with the ability to work independently
．Immediate available is preferable.
．Recent HKDSE graduate will also be considered
