• Perform full spectrum of HR functions in Hong Kong office including but not limited to recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation, employee relations, group medical and life insurance, etc.
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS/ e-Leave System such as annual leave record, payroll movement report for accounting
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related   discipline
• 2+ years ' relevant HR working experience
• Good knowledge on Hong Kong HR practice and labour ordinance
• Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office (includes English & Chinese typing)
• Well-organized, hardworking, willing to learn
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to keep strictly confidential of all the personal and private and other relevant information
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
• Immediately available is preferred
