Job Description

Duties

The College of Business (CB) seeks a self-motivated and dynamic individual to promote internationalisation, contribute to the learning and development of participants attending the international programmes, and assist the Internationalisation Team in its daily operations.  Main duties include to:

  1. Spearhead marketing campaigns and lead student activities to promote CB internationalisation;
  2. Provide orientation and training workshops for students to thrive in an overseas learning environment;
  3. Conduct research, analyse data, and compile reports; and
  4. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Work outside normal office hours, including weekends / public holidays or evenings, is occasionally required.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience.  The ideal candidate should be proactive, independent, creative, with an analytical and problem solving mindset.  S/he should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, event and project management experience, and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua), computer knowledge, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).  Knowledge of online social media marketing and youth development would be an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
