• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO
• Manage the planning and tracking of quarterly and yearly OKRs
• Work cross functionally to ensure key projects are on track
• Utilise data to identify potential issues with projects
• Handle special projects and ad hoc incoming requests
• Represent the CEO when needed

• 5+ years of experience, preferably across a top-tier strategy/management consulting and high growth businesses
• Strong leadership experience with demonstrated success in influencing a broad stakeholder group
• Technology, medical services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work cross functionally, across all levels
• Experience delivering results in a matrixed and fast growing tech company
• Strong discretion
• A background in internet services or management consulting is advantageous
