Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to clinical & research activities, and training course admission & enrollment;
• Assist in managing the membership information and records;
• Assist in event management and programme promotions; 
• Assist in the maintenance of effective record keeping and filing systems;

 Qualification Requirement:

• Posses a Bachelor's Degree with at least one year's work experience in NGOs, tertiary institutions or social service agencies; 
• Proficiency in PC application, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Willing to work shifts if necessary, including weekday evenings and Saturdays 
  
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
• Good team player and good communication skills

Asian Academy of Family Therapy (AAFT) is a non-profit organization of leading family therapy educators, clinicians, policy makers, researchers, and social scientists committed to enhancing systemic thinking and practice of family therapy in different social and clinical contexts.
 
It is membership-based, with the mission to provide a professional platform for diverse disciplines in the development of systemic perspective and to develop a professional identity in family therapy through clinical practice, education, research, and policy development.
