Responsibilities

• Formation of talent acquisition strategy based on company value
• Report to the Head of HR/ Senior HR Manager, manage the talent acquisition activities
• Identify the hiring trend and drive the hiring strategic based on company development direction
• Work closely with recruitment partners for sensitive and urgent hiring
• Manage recruitment partners performance and give company updates from time to time
• Manage the hiring channel including digital and social media and develop an excellent employer image through different channels

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 year’s solid Talent Acquisition experience in sizable company
• Hands-on and resilient. Detailed oriented, responsible and well-organized.
• Good stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Cantonese is a must
