Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • To act as a Project Manager to facilitate employee engagement, including proposing events, implementing welfare programmes, cost control, event management, and evaluating event effectiveness
  • To develop improvement plan and company-wide strategic initiatives for employee engagement, for instance identifying current strengths and weaknesses through Employee Engagement Survey
  • To establish an effective and timely internal employee communication, including organising Quarterly Staff Briefing, publishing Staff Newsletter, and promoting a recognition culture
  • To supervise talent programmes to facilitate organization development and support URA’s strategic plans, including coordinating Trainee Programme and Job Rotation Programme
  • To manage and engage external vendors, including sourcing appropriate vendors and monitoring service performance
  • To support the new HR Management System and the administration of HR related ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations, preferably in employee relations / communication / engagement
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools is an advantage
