Responsibilities: 

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to top management ;
• Conduct data analysis and prepare analytical reports;
• Compile statistics and update records;
• Prepare documents, write all kinds of correspondence and make different summaries to the top management;
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by the senior management.

 Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree in any discipline;
• 3 years or above secretarial or similar experience; with team support experience is highly preferred;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese in business level; Japanese Speaking is an advantage;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Well verse in computer skills, including Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;
• Independent, self-motivated, good communication skills with all levels and a good team player; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
