Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Support daily sales administration and operations, like orders, quotation, invoices, etc.
• Liaise with different parties to provide timely and quality services 
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above with minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service experience
• Proficiency in computer appliance with knowledge in MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player with self-motivated and able to work in a fast-move environment
