Accountabilities:

• Responsible for managing reception counter, handling telephone call, answering enquiry; guests greeting in a professional and polite manner;
• Direct report to office manager and to provide administrative support to office service team, including arrangement for business card printings, request quotations, pre-event arrangement and keep stocks checking etc.
• To coordinate and arrange courier services (both local and overseas), meeting room reservation and stationery purchasing
• Be the contact point with vendors and invoice handling via finance system
• Collaborate with office services specialist and office assistant in daily tasks

Professional should:

• DSE or above
• 3 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent telephone manner and self-initiative
• Cheerful character as a receptionist to greet all kinds of customers
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer knowledge in MS word and excel
• Positive working attitude, self-initiative and willing to learn
