Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing reception counter, handling telephone call, answering enquiry; guests greeting in a professional and polite manner;
- Direct report to office manager and to provide administrative support to office service team, including arrangement for business card printings, request quotations, pre-event arrangement and keep stocks checking etc.
- To coordinate and arrange courier services (both local and overseas), meeting room reservation and stationery purchasing
- Be the contact point with vendors and invoice handling via finance system
- Collaborate with office services specialist and office assistant in daily tasks
Professional should:
- DSE or above
- 3 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent telephone manner and self-initiative
- Cheerful character as a receptionist to greet all kinds of customers
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good computer knowledge in MS word and excel
- Positive working attitude, self-initiative and willing to learn
