Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for organizing, and delivering training programs and skills workshops to frontline staff
  • Conduct regular field coaching and feedback to different levels of frontline team
  • Work closely with instore Training Champions and Store Leaders to enhance training effectiveness
  • To maintain and update training materials in line with the latest operating procedures and standards
  • Participate in and coordinate learning and talent development projects
  • Maintain training records, prepare training reports and follow up
  • Support company events and staff communications activities when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant discipline
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience preferably in luxury retail industry
  • Experienced in delivering 1:1 and Group Training
  • Experienced in developing simple training workshops and classroom materials 
  • Strong presentation skills & communication skills
  • Able to train and facilitate sizable frontline population
  • Strong sense in customer service & Clienteling
  • Seek for career change opportunity to become a Learning & Development role
