Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for organizing, and delivering training programs and skills workshops to frontline staff
- Conduct regular field coaching and feedback to different levels of frontline team
- Work closely with instore Training Champions and Store Leaders to enhance training effectiveness
- To maintain and update training materials in line with the latest operating procedures and standards
- Participate in and coordinate learning and talent development projects
- Maintain training records, prepare training reports and follow up
- Support company events and staff communications activities when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant discipline
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience preferably in luxury retail industry
- Experienced in delivering 1:1 and Group Training
- Experienced in developing simple training workshops and classroom materials
- Strong presentation skills & communication skills
- Able to train and facilitate sizable frontline population
- Strong sense in customer service & Clienteling
