Job Description
(Long-term contract)
Reporting to the Discovery & Education Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting administrative work within the department, including but not limited to procurement process, roster management, time card management, safety-related coordination work, regular report preparation, etc.. In addition, s/he will coordinate with other departments and external parties for various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Education or other related disciplines
- At least 2 years of administration or related experience
- Experience in procurement and rostering for sizable organization preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Willing to work outdoor occasionally
- Willing to work on shift
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, pleasant and be a good team player
