Responsibilities

• provide full scope of secretarial support to the chairman, including travel arrangement, visa application, calendar and meeting schedule etc
• Acting as the main contact point to various parties, such as internal staff and external business partners, VIP guests and clients
• Handle personal matter, such as bank, personal/family travel arrangement, driver etc business Travel - handling trip/meeting schedule, prepare business trip materials, contact to the point, provide support to VIP business partner as required
• Responsible for travel arrangements -flights, accommodation, logistic and safety issue etc.
• Other ad-hoc job tasks

Requirements

• Degree holder with 5 years of secretarial or personal assistant experience in supporting top management
• Strong business mind-set, excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Mature, independent, detail oriented, presentable and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced China business environment
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
